NRHA Housing Study & Reports

The following dcuments for NRHA’s Rural Housing Studies specifically provide statistical and narrative data identifying a housing profile in ten (10) selected rural counties in the State of Nevada as reported in September of 2014. The intent of this report was to collect and analyze significant levels of data, and to determine the current housing conditions of those counties as of the date of the report. The studies describe the situation in 2014 related to housing markets, home ownership, and affordability challenges identified within those areas of the state as of the date of its issuance.
